We engage with students around three pillars: education, skill development, and networking. Mentees listen to and learn from accomplished women leaders, gain hands-on experience through workshops, and interact with industry professionals.

ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ WIN connects members with some of the brightest first-generation female students at ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿. Mentorship is an opportunity to share your knowledge and experience to help jumpstart the career or graduate education for a university woman. To optimize the ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ WIN experience, we suggest connecting a minimum of once per month by phone, text, or over a cup of coffee!

ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ WIN is a community of accomplished women working together to promote our mission. Led by a board of directors, ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ WIN empowers University women in their career development through live events, student programming, and interactive workshops with female thought leaders across a span of industries.
