The Coastal Virginia Center for Cyber Innovation (COVA CCI), led by Old Dominion University, is hosting a virtual event March 23 to share career and educational resources for high school students and others interested in the cybersecurity field.

The event will feature local industry representatives, educational partners and students sharing insight into the cybersecurity job market and answering questions about degree programs.

The event, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., is free and open to the public. Registration is required. RSVP by March 20.

COVA CCI is the southeastern branch of the state-funded Commonwealth Cyber Initiative (CCI). The other branches are in Northern Virginia (George Mason University), Central Virginia (Virginia Commonwealth University) and Southwest Virginia (Virginia Tech).
