Each year the University provides an IRS-required report containing certain information about your student status called a 1098-T Form. We must have your Social Security Number/TIN and accurate permanent address information to disperse this form. Please update this information securely online using one of the two required forms that can be found below, and please be sure to include your UIN on each form:
